• Pulaski County & The City of Somerset will use this compost dump site for the purpose of tree & leaf removal / disposal, saving on disposal costs.
• This Compost Dump site also serves the purpose of disposal in the case of any major natural disaster such as: ice, wind, tornado or flooding.
• Cost per load – $25 for County Residents – $50 for Contractors.
• No out of county materials will be accepted.
